Domains of most extensions are still protected by a protection period after expiration, within which they can still be extended. The protection period in the Czech Republic is 60 days, but only for the first 30 days the domain is not yet available for registration to other entities. You can change the contact details that are linked to the domain, either as the owner or as an administrative contact.
You transfer the domain to Webglobe in Webglobe Admin using the transfer code (Auth-ID) you obtained from the previous domain registrar. Or you can transfer it here via the order form on the website.
