Yet again another bad review...

So zendrop we need to talk please. I was told that a package was going to arrive in 11 days which is a long time but I am know at 13 days and no package update on 2 packages since June 8 and June 10 today is June 16. Zendrop I will continue to leave reviews like this until it gets resolved.

So great to actually interact with a HUMAN!

Mariane, the chat agent I worked with was kind, supportive, and extremely helpful. So nice to have a 'personal' conversation. I needed to explain my situation and she was very understanding and great to work with. I'm so tired of having to use 'key words or phrases' with a BOT that doesn't understand what I need and repeating myself over and over. This was quick, professional and resolved with great satisfaction!

A top-notch customer service!

Had a couple of things to inquire about and contacted someone via chat message. Molly responded and we immediately went through all the steps and she navigated me through it all with patience. We also hit a technical issue, but she contacted the tech team right away. The customer service was top notch. Thank you!

Their CS rules!

Frankly, the customer service does it for me. I get answers promptly. I don't have to fight the bot in order to get a human. And the humans are effective. GReat platform. I wish all my online interactions were so fulfilling. You get it!?! :-)

Karrie she was so very patient and worked diligently on my behalf to get me back on track. shewas an angel in disguise. i was about ask for total refund but knowing how hard she was working with me i felt me confidence rebuilding back in me everytime she responsed. that you for hiring an amazing worker

I am a person that just opened a shopify store. I was recommended to connect to zendrop. And I got to say that the customer service team has been helping me a lot. There very fast in responding. There always ready to respond any sort of question. They really show interest in helping. Shout out to :

super genail, very easy access and they guide you through the entire page creation process even if I make my first sale. but I will continue educating myself

Zendrop could be faster

Zendrop could do better, its slow shipping times but what can you do? It has to go through a tough process/import. I would recommend it but be warned it takes longer than 10 days sometimes.

i had been into different companies but the support and help from zendrop is the best ever assistance i got. Zendrop has the best support team very quick responsive and resolves issues in matter of minutes. definately recommended.!

Not having a good experience

Not having a good experience! I’m not sure what’s going on but I placed an order form my store and it was processed. I checked on the process and tracking here & there for updates. Then a few days ago, I went to check again and I couldn’t get into my account from Shopify. There was a pop up to create an account ONLY! No login options ! & not only that, I have not been able to track the package because there’s no tracking number available. I was forced to create a new account. I can’t even pull up my old account …it keeps telling me there is no email associated with such & such smh. & customer support has been no help . I’m just trying to understand why all of a sudden I’ve been kicked out of my old account and now everything I had in my last account is gone or can’t be recovered. There’s only two emails I could’ve used and I tried them both with multiple passwords! & this was the first order placed from my store . It just seems a little strange that once an order was processed and set to be shipped that I am suddenly kicked out of my account . Luckily the order was coming to me since I was testing out the shipping and use of Zendrop!

Great experience so far

Subscription Issue

Great customer service

Great customer service. Simple product. Easy to use platform. No hassle with suppliers. And the best part, fast shipping time. Could wish for a broader list of items. But as a starting point for new dropshippers, this is a great start!
