I was dealing with one of the chat agents this morning, Timothy Zan, while trying to find out the location addresses, of CJ dropshipping warehouses in the USA. I needed to change the location addresses on my Shopify store, as the prices kept reverting to Euro's. Not what I wanted as I am targeting America.
Unable to find the specific information online, Timothy was quick to supply the necessary information I required, and my query was swiftly completed.

i had didn't know when my order would be sent out so i went on the the support chat to talk with ken of the CJ dropshipping team he was quick to give me an updated response about my order status and was friendly. So cannot complain at the moment !

I'm working with CJ since 2020 and its 4th year, I can say - Dolly (My Personal CJ Agent) is an awesome girl who supports till the end of the delivery even if you did not ask for the update she will always keep you posted about each and everything.

In one word - CJ is a great Dropshipping platform i have experience in my E-Commerce business.

My agent Steph zhu has gone to great lengths to help me. I requested customised packaging but cj was unable to produce what I had requested in-house. She went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer of my dropshipping product on my behalf and organised for my packaging to be printed in their facility. Pretty good But the processing time is too slow 2-5 days is not very good as that also adds onto the ACTUAL shipping time, so paying for extra fast shipping your not actualy getting 5-9 days max, the max is actualy 14. They have fast and good customer support like this lady Sveta who helped me today.
