Great customer support

I recently installed the app but the platform did not have what I was looking for. However, customer service was very prompt to work with me to offer alternatives. In addition, when they are out of the office, their AI assistant sends a note to let you know so you know what to expect. I highly recommend Zendrop.

Great Customer Service

Mariane helped me with obtaining product information such as weight and is in the process of helping with dimensions. Zendrop offers a quick solution to your e-commerce business's needs and the reply time is phenomenal. I have had ease adding products to my Shopify store and appreciate the variety of choices. So far I have had only pleasant experiences. Thank you Mariane and Zendrop!

dont waste your money & time.

i had ordered me a bottle i was supposed to recieve in 11 days but its been 16 days and nothing yet and on the tracking site it has been 8 days since they gave me an update...imagine if i start dropshipping and deal with angry customers? zendrop isnt meant for dropshiping, save your money for a different site. and when i had asked who is my supplier, they had said "zendrop doesn't give them out" like what i cant know who is behind my very long order? and my order was less than 10$ (not including shipping and taxes) they charged me 20 extra cents cause of a "small order fee" like it aint my fault my order is less than 10$ why yall charging me an extra 20 cents? not to mention, zendrop is really expensive, save your money for a different site, i wasted my time and money for this.

One of my favourite things about…

One of my favourite things about zendrop is probably the customer service. They are always extremely friendly, polite, patient and competent. They are also quick to reply and have always successfully solved my problems/answered my queries.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Very friendly, polite, helpful, and to the point when it came to sorting out my problem. The chatbot is helpful too, but if it can't handle it, it is easy to get to talk with a human within a minute or two.
