The packages come on time and sometimes before the date it’s supposed to which is great ! Everything always comes neat and packages well !! Literally love SHEIN !

The items purchase was a great fit some though was smaller than expected.
The hand stitch machine was a disappointment as it did not work.
The shoes fit just right I finally got my right size. The jewelry was good but some of the rings was not a perfect fit, that is the ones in the sets.

I absolutely love Shein. I buy items for myself and my children. Great price, lovely range of items. I absolutely love the teenage boy range of casual shorts and t shirts. People have actually stopped me and asked where I brought my son's clothes from as they are bright coloured with great designs. Which he looks really handsome in.

I ordered several clothing items. They were all delivered earlier than anticipated. Disappointed in some articles of clothing but they were so inexpensive that my expectations weren't high. I returned items I didn't want. Return process was seamless and refund was prompt!

I love buying clothes for Shein, it so cheap and cute. I always save some nice tops and pants so i can mach my outfits. Shein has the perfect kind of thing that i need, and that we all need. My dog always wear clothes from shein and i buy all his accessories from there. WE LOVE IT !!

I buy all my maxi dresses and cami tops from Shein because I wear them in my home while gardening and they fit my lifestyle. The prices are great, but I only buy the more expensive maxi dresses when marked down below $10.00 and I own many high-end maxi dresses. They offer what Burlington, Target, and Walmart offer but, are cheaper especially if you wait for the markdowns. Overall, the company is fantastic and I've never had a problem or had to return anything and I'm a gold card registered customer.

Don’t buy from SHEIN go do your search and you will find million of products sold, that contain chemicals that lead to cancer and infertility… and lotta health issues. Stop being fooled by the price and think about your health

I order lots of clothes from Shein for myself and my family. I'm mostly happy with my purchases but if not it's so easy to return any items that I don't want. Such good value for money. Highly recommend Shein.

Beware appalling customer service. When I didn’t receive a refund for a returned swimsuit.

I had been following the tracking and then it disappeared saying no items matched the number.

I emailed Shein twice and they didn’t reply. Weeks went by and I went back onto their website and contacted them through chat. They eventually replied, looked into it and said ‘ after unpacking and inspecting the package they didn’t find the item returned’ it had clearly been stolen in the return process as I sent it back, it was one item sent and I’m unclear as to what they are referring to when saying inspected the package, which must have been an empty bag.

I have had a similar issue with Evri in the past, so beware of both companies.

I am obviously not shopping with Shein again.
