Great items at great prices

Great items at great prices.
Reviews are honest and sizes are spot on.
Delivery not bad considering dispatched from overseas.
I don't like it if I receive an item that has previously been returned as have received dirty items before and had items where a belt etc is missing (this has only happened a few times and customer services have made it easy to return and issued a refund).
Still a regular customer and will continue with my purchases 😀

Shein = Amazing!!!

Always a pleasure to order with. I have never had a bad experience with Shein. Their products are always good quality as is their customer services and the ease of ordering.
Delivery is always fast and has never been delivered past the date provided when ordering. Tracking is easy and I would definitely 💯 recommend Shein to anyone who is thinking about ordering. The service together with the incredible prices are amazing.

Great site

I love how many different items are available ,and the prices are really good ,and considering most of it is shipped internationally it does come really quickly.
I also love they do a plus size clothing range.

I placed 3 separate orders over 5 days

I placed 3 separate orders over 5 days. Part of the 1st order came within 4 days, and the rest of the orders had all arrived within 10 days. Quality in the main was very good at excellent prices, and sizing was true to as stated. Returns were very easy, with free postage and the refunds were made within days. I was very pleased with my shopping experience with Shein and will place future orders.

It’s been a long time since I shopped…

It’s been a long time since I shopped with Shein and I was pleasantly surprised by how much the service had improved. The delivery time was quick and the parcel was as expected and individually packed. The item was too small and I’ve had to return it; my weight problem not a product problem!
My only concern is that I really wish it was a more ethical company, I'd be prepared to pay a little more as it’s the style and colour of the clothing that I love.

5* clothing for a quarter of the price

I love shein! I have never received an item of clothing or footwear that I am not happy with. I am a UK size 14 so always order an XL. Would like to leave reviews for each item I purchased but seems to only allow me to review one item per order, this needs to change so I can encourage more people to purchase from you! Very satisfied customer once again. And the husband very happy with his purchases too! 5*

Love Shein but recently there were 2…

Love Shein but recently there were 2 items that were non returnable. Don't remember this being stated when I ordered. My granddaughter seems to think it's when they're in a "flash sale" on the item 🤔
Think it should say in bold letters THIS ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED !!

Good quality clothing

Good quality clothing, green trousers a bit brighter than I thought but personal choice , bought xl as I’m a 16, fit really well. Excellent prices and delivery. Definitely recommend.

A couple of items came within days

A couple of items came within days, then I was sent a email to say the rest wasn't coming till after my birthday but I said I needed then as I was going away, and they delivered before I went. Thank you very much Shein 💗

No help whatsoever from customer service. Your problem must fit a list and the response will not answer (or even understand) your problem

I received an email saying that "delivery" had been unable to deliver an item. and gave an address to arrange another date.
1All deliveries to my address can (and are) left in my porch
2 the address given was rejected
3 there were no orders shown on my account
4 I was asked 6 times on "contact us" to repeat my question and the reply was each time (AI) nothing to do with my problem
Contact us have now asked me to check around for my parcel. I GIVE UP

I’m one of the regular customers of…

I’m one of the regular customers of SHEIN. I ordered some items worth £56 last month. It was supposed to be delivered last month itself but unfortunately Royal mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address, and i have been contacting Shein since more then 10 days but the only answer they are giving me is the parcel is delivered to the correct address and unable to refund. I have even sent them the pic of my house but they are not ready to send me my parcel which i paid for or refund me. This is really disappointing and I dont have faith on them anymore and I don’t think i will be shopping with them now onwards.

Good value for money and plenty of choices

I only order from shein now for everything, clothing , house old items , furniture.
I have 2 teenage girls and they love it.
We get good quality items, at a reasonable and affordable prices.
I have not yet hsd to return any items .
The only criticism is sometimes the length of time you have to wait. Also you can make an order of 20 items and they could all be delivered individually. I just ensure if I need anything for an event I order in plenty of time beforehand.

Love Shein.

I've been buying from Shein for a few years now and they're getting and better.
The quality of the products has improved, very fast processing and delivery times. And if you are not happy with a product, the returns are always free and the refund processed swiftly. Always a pleasure to deal with Shein.

Short slevveed cardigan

I have many many items from Shein, all have been to my satisfaction. However, my recent purchase of this short sleeve cardigan is very disappointing. Cheap flimsy material and not well made. I wouldn't recommend this garment.

I made an order in December which came…

I made an order in December which came to the correct address. I just made another order in it has been delivered to an old address, no idea why. It is no possible to contact anyone to complain about my missing order, just a robot. rubbish

ZERO understanding from customer service

Items were damaged and spilt all over my order which was in an awful mess. I requested replacements in my first message but this was dismissed.
I now have to reorder and pay postage again for the same items! Simply because the order was not packaged properly !
Not my fault but definitely my inconvenience GSONJ039F001BXU

Delivery bad

I have no problem with SHEIN apart from the fact that Evri delivered my parcel to a wrong address. I did find it difficult to contact SHEIN but once I did a refund was dealt with swiftly. Can’t comment on all the goods as didn’t receive them
