Great customer experience. I placed my bespoke order for a large Jaques Tati canvas on Sunday 14/7 and received it on Thursday 18/7. Considering the product was hand made in the US and sent to the UK in this time is remarkable. I was kept informed all the way through the process. The canvas itself was received in perfect condition and was of very high quality. Very pleased overall would recommend.

I am making my spare room into a ww2 and korea dedication to Mt grandfather and Uncle who served. I checked other sites and found the to be lacking in inventory. Pricy compared to other sites and free shipping not offered. I was able to find one print that I wanted on Wayfair for half of the price. I couldn’t find the 2nd print that I wanted so I purchased it.. went one size lower than I wanted to reduce the cost and had to eat the free shipping 😕.

This is a user friendly website that I have shopped before. When we remodeled our house we were looking for artwork that was reflective of a "cottage-like" feel. Our first painting looks spectacular over our sofa and we have had many positive comments on it. This order includes four paintings that reflect that same "look". As with all art it was important to find paintings that both my wife and I enjoy. Your selection and quality made you an easy choice for finding just the right art we were looking for. So many selections and a fairly good variety of differen art styles to choose from. I like that fact that I can choose canvas vs prints on paper as well as a good selection of sizes - I needed to fit a specific old frame that I had, so this was particularly helpful.

I purchased a canvas picture and the quality was wonderful. I decided to exchange it for a larger version to use on a larger wall. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! Applying for a refund on a canvas has proved very difficult. The application has been approved but three days later there us still no instruction regarding how to return the canvas.

I have just ordered at the Great Big Canvas website. There were many good features about the website. I’m buying a print, already have the frame. I was able to see it on the site in a similar frame to help with my decisions between artwork. Checking out was easy enough, no problems.
