Magnolia Insulation did not leave this review. A call was made to HP for help installing a printer. The tech stated the printer was not connecting because of a "bug" in the computer and offered to fix it for $199. We declined and called our own IT company. They connected the printer and ran a scan. No "bugs."

Both Eric & David were so helpful & supportive. They didn't rush me or make me feel stupid. They worked very diligently to assist me in getting my printer to communicate with my laptop.
They answered my questions in language I could relate to. They are true assets to your company. They are extremely talented & very pleasant to work with.

I turned on my comp the next day, the same problem I called About still existed until I rebooted 3 times.
Then all my icons were messed up, most of my logins, were missing! the same with my wifes comp.
Not what I would call a great tech serviced. HP will be advised of the problem.
