Some disconcerting site glitches made me worry this was a scam site but I persevered as other reviews reassured me. The package I bought was a decent chunk cheaper than other sites and I got exactly what was promised. My only real complaint is the post-sale marketing emails; I have emailed back, unsubcribed and blocked email addresses but I still see them filling up my junkman; I don't know anyone who thinks that 20-30 emails in a week is 'good marketing', it just turns me off. I've given feedback, we'll have to see whether they take me off their lists

I have already experienced the disappointment after using the what I will call it “ Fake Priced Software”.
To good to be true, you betcha. Oh I was successful at first using the fake computer generated key, but when my drive failed and I tried to use the key again on the new drive it no longer worked and I couldn’t find the company I purchased it from.
Buy legitimate licensed software from SoftwareKeep a recognized partner of Microsoft and relax. You have comfort in knowing you have a great company standing behind the product. You get great customer support for trouble free installation. John G

It’s took me a few days figuring which online shop to rely on then I choose softwarekeep even though I living in Australia.As a new customer, I really impressed how fast and genuine services from this store. From customer services, competitive prices to detail instructions for each app installation . I would recommend everyone as a potential customer give a try. So 6 stars plus rating from my opinion. My order was cancelled and my money refunded. I truly hoped to experience the benefits of Trend software again. The company issued me a new contract for an upgraded program at no cost to me. I had used Micro Trend in the past and founded it to be a great program. Thank you folks for the new program. I look forward doing business with you in the future and recommending it to my associates and friends.

Emre was very helpful and solved my problem, but it was a third time I contacted the support group... First two times I was asked to email them and email address provided on my order must've been wrong, because the claimed never receiving my emails...

I had purchased Office 2021 but could not install it. Emre provided prompt, clear instructions and my installation was completed easily. This was one of the best customer service encounters I have experienced.

I had trouble installing MS Office on a new computer that I purchased. The program failed to load with the download link. I contacted the Company and received prompt support and was given another download link which worked. The Key that came with my download failed to Activate my program. Support instructed me how to Contact Microsoft by telephone to obtain a new Activation code. I have a hearing problem so support supplied me with a working Activation Code. I was very pleased that the Support team got back to me very quickly when I had problems.

I have some software compatibility issues with the application that I have bought from the company. The support from Eric and Anne were great! They were very prompt in replying my messages providing advice along the way. These prompt replies were very assuring as I am not that IT savvy.
