I paid $529 to unlock my laptop from cyber criminals and to clear it of malware, but the very next day someone was able to take remote control of my screen. I took my laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad. They did not find malware or viruses but removed 17 bad policies. I do not think the policy I bought with Tech Center cleared my laptop of whoever had control of it.

I had a problem with my computer and I was being hacked. This company saved my computer from being hacked. It's worth the money to be protected from hackers. Logan helped me get my computer up to date and keep me safe.
