Long story, here’s the end, I am extremely grateful to the technician, Garrick at The Tech Center in Danvers!
Yesterday, I broke the charger off in my laptop, Sunday afternoon! I called the Tech Center and spoke with Garrick. He said I could bring the laptop in and he’d see if he could get the broken piece out of the port, he also explained that the port could be unusable afterwards, and he gave me a quote for possible charges. When I got there Garrick had two projects on his docket which had to be completed first, completely understandable, and said to leave the laptop and come back in an hour. When I got back, the laptop was fixed and charging, Garrick went above and beyond on a busy day when he was the only tech on duty, and I’m grateful that he did.

Owen was extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Fixed my speaker problem and ran a diagnostics. However, my laptop still seems to be slower than my husbands, who sits next to me at the desk.

I was very pleased with the results of Owen's work on our computer. He was able to convey the information to me in an understandable way. I was impressed with his dedication to the task at hand and his ability. His friendliness put me at ease, as well. It is apparent that he is very well trained and he seems to really enjoy his work.
I have been very disappointed with customer service from other companies but was pleasantly surprised with Tech Center Plus and with Owen.

I met two wonderful Techs, Anthony and Aaron.
Being an eighty-two year old Grandmother, I need a lot of careful advice and time to follow directions. These men were patient, knowledgeable, and polite. They were quick with solutions and slow to talk to me. This was wonderful.
I now have malware protection and two ways to instantly connect with them. I would like to think I could speak with them again!

I call microsoft about a person name andrew that said he was from this company and he can stop hackers from my computer, and he wanted my bank information, name, and other personal info. I call microsoft and logan and another employee, I forgot her name, help me with this problem andrew put on my computer. thanks so much.

Aaron was a great help today with my computer issues He was kind, friendly and understanding the problems. He displayed a lot of patience with me who is not all that adept in computer technology. Do to a scam attempt, it would be great to have a phone number to call to verify that we were talking to a true technician. We trusted and it turned out OK. A independent verification process would help ease our suspicion.

You were able to locate my account and got it up and running. The only complaint I have is that was supposed to be running on 5/23/2023 when I purchased your service and I was unaware I had 2 licenses.

My experience with Allen was absolutely perfect, he was knowledgeable, and very understanding, most of all he was very patient, we spent about 8 hrs solving my computer issue. I would highly recommend Allen to fix computer software problems. Worth every penny.
