My printer wouldn't work and no one could explain why, or how to fix the problem. It took awhile but your specialist fixed the printer and its working well. Thanks so much Ash !

The cost was a little high which is why I deducted one star, but the service was great! My husbands computer was infected with a virus that locked it up and told us to call a 1-800 number. We called Microsoft instead and told us that 1-800 number was scammers and the Tech Center Plus people cleaned up the virus and anything else they found and the computer is back to working great! Thanks guys.

I was having problems with my email, saying it needed to be updated all the time. Technician got it corrected. Also computer kept saying it couldn't update. He fixed that also.

My day started with many pop-ups which I suspected were Viruses of some sort. On Google I found the number for Tech Support which I called and received efficient ,polite and a very happy conclussion to my problem.
