I installed the Access 2021 application on Sunday. It says it installed successfully, but I cannot find it anywhere on my machine. The technical support staff from softwarediscountusa.com also could not find the application. Where is this elusive software that I purchased but cannot find?
July 19, 2024: Spoke with a second SoftwareDiscountUSA support agent and resolved the issue. We needed to install the full Microsoft 2021 suite in order to use Access 2021. The support agent did an excellent job, and I am happy to say that I am back up and running.

I purchased Office 2019 Home and Student. The product key provided did not work. The support staff kept working at it, and after a week finally got it working. I think in part having the 365 trial installed on the new PC plus the 2019 version using the old license model may have complicated things. In rhe end, support staff was willing to work into the evening to make it work, so I am happy with the purchase.

I bought TurboTax last December when Software Discount USA advertised a 50% Rebate from Intuit. Almost 7 months later, after never receiving even an acknowledgement from Intuit, SoftwareDiscountUSA issued me a 50% refund. They did this after I provided a 1 star review, when I could not get a response otherwise. In the end the company responded correctly, but numerous trouble tickets and emails were required.
