Prompt Service
Received ecopy of software promptly. The confirmation ID did not work as supplied; Upon talking to Tom in the support Group, a new confirmation Id was provided.
Upon Installation Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are working well. However Outlook is not syncing with my older version of Outlook. Upon contacting my internet service provider, Spectrum, they are not providing troubleshooting help for 3rd party software.
So I am still figuring out how to sync the new Outlook.
