Received ecopy of software promptly. The confirmation ID did not work as supplied; Upon talking to Tom in the support Group, a new confirmation Id was provided.
Upon Installation Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are working well. However Outlook is not syncing with my older version of Outlook. Upon contacting my internet service provider, Spectrum, they are not providing troubleshooting help for 3rd party software.
So I am still figuring out how to sync the new Outlook.

Recycled software got me the license i needed and also very quick to respond with activation issue. They handled the call to Microsoft to activate old server and were super helpful all the way. I highly recommend them.

I just purchased a new laptop and needed Windows 11 Pro. I had an issue getting the key to activate at first but support was able to take care of it fairly quickly.

The product (MS Visio) performed as indicated. I had some difficulty with disk image file but after a few tries it worked.

My installation had a license that just *refused* to be upgraded. The technician I worked with over two weeks helped me hammer on it every way possible until we got the success that the new license I had bought promised. Above and beyond the call of duty.

A number of positives. First, I like the concept of reclaimed licensing. A lot of laptops etc are decommissioned for various reasons, and these licenses become available for reuse. I got a much better price on the versions I needed than retail, and trusted the seller much more than those places that sell key codes. I paid a little more, but am confident the licensing is valid. Every one of the three products I purchased validated easily. The instructions provided are great. The downloads went flawlessly. What is there not to like. I highly recommend!

Support, when needed is always there and go the extra mile. I had a glitch installing MS Office 2019, certain I started it by misreading one of the cues and it hung the installation at the activation stage. A new computer had a pre-installed 360 which I did not want but my removal did not clean it completely out. Support found and repaired the install, then I could complete activation.

I inadvertently purchased RDP licenses for server2022. I have not used them yet, I am all server 2019, can I downgrade those to server 2019 rdp cals?

There is no reason to purchase new software out of a box. Especially when there are thousands of software license that are being taken out of use when a business closes and hardware is be recycled as well. I am not familiar with software getting "old" maybe outdated. So why not use recycled software at a fraction of the cost. I have had nothing but good luck and experience with Recycled Software product offering.

I felt really satisfied with the support on how to activate my Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus program. I thought that my key was unable to be registered and I was told that I could do so over the phone instead of automatically.

I've used Recycled-Software.com many times for every thing from operating systems, productivity apps, and most recently a database. Every time they work exactly as they say they will. Possibly, the best customer support I've ever seen. Recently I put in a support ticket at 3:00 a.m. and they called me back by 4:00 a.m. on my cell phone. I was told to wait a couple of days so I could take advantage of Black Friday discounts. I paid less than 15% of the retail price for my purchase.

I've used Recycled Software several times to buy Windows Server licensing and it is a truly easy experience. You receive the digital key instantly in both the browser and via email. The pricing is great. Will definitely buy again!
