Couldn't get my Microsoft Office 2019 key to work, which I bought with Windows 10 about a few years ago. I sent them an email and they replied back within less than 10 minutes with a new Office Key that works. I would 100 percent buy from here again. Also, one of my relatives bought a Windows 10 key here and it works amazingly, which is why I chose to buy from this store. DigitalKeysbox are extremely professional.

I can't decide if it's the price or the ease of downloading that makes digitalhotkeys a great bargain. I recently used them to download Microsoft Office after I bought a new computer and the entire transaction was complete in about 5 minutes. If I have a need in the future for Windows or Office software in the future, the first place I'll look will be digitalhotkeys.

I bought software from this store 2 times and never been disappointed. I bough software from other stores and I had to troubleshoot and spend a lot of time. With DigitalKeyBox software installation is so smooth and easy. And works, I cant be more happy for the cost benefit I got. Highly recomended.

After I paid, I quickly received an email with a license key for Office Professional 2021. It worked. I did not have to go to a strange website and jump through hoops to get the key. (There was a cheaper deal on groupon, but I couldn't figure out how to get the key, so I refunded and came here.)

The DigitalKeysBox site works great and the staff were very responsive to an issue that I created by not reading the entire page. Getting a new computer and having used them previously, I updated my permanent copy of MS Office. The process worked flawlessly... not so much for this customer. I missed the link to download and thought I needed to input my data again. Found I ordered a duplicate copy. They processed a refund immediately. Most responsive!

This organization is great. I ordered, paid, & installed Office. Then I ran into a series of bad things. I could not get it activated. DigitalKeysBox came through & helped work out the problems. They come through providing exactly what they advertise at a very reasonable price.

I earlier gave a 1 star review because I thought they never responded to my email and gave me an invalid key. But when I checked my spam I had a response from them the same day I emailed them. After that I got immediate responses from them and the Microsoft key successfully worked

Lost my activation key (don't ask) and was afraid I'd have to "threaten legal action with Paypal receipt).
Not the case, at all. In fact, all I did was issue was name and email address and I received my activation key immediately.
Talk about zero-stress problem solving/ resolution. I cannot recommend DigitalKeysBox.com enough. They are, without a doubt, amazing!

I ordered MS Office. Delivery was immediate after payment went through. The provided activation key worked without problems after deinstalling the old Office app and installing the new. I hope it will still work in case I have to reinstall Windows

the software purchased could not be downloaded due to corruption of the file, per Microsoft technical support. Hence the product purchased was useless .

Support during purchase of a replacement of my MS Office 2019 was quick and smooth. Very knowledgeable staff.
Purchase was required as Office 2019 disappeared from my computer when on-line repair for issues Outlook occurred. MS did not recognize my original Product Key and a replacement was needed.
Support included assurance that should this happen again it will allow replacement on this laptop. Many thanks!
