Easy to navigate. Affordable. Really cute pigs throughout the website. I was looking for a new domain name provider because the one I've used for fifteen years is increasingly more expensive and their website is not good. Many folks on reddit kept saying, "Porkbun is awesome!" "Porkbun is great!" I had a look for myself and purchased my domain through them. Reddit is right. Porkbun is awesome! Porkbun is great!

Purchasing a domain was easy for me using Porkbun. The steps it told me were simple and easy to purchase with PayPal and once completed it took seconds for me to update its dns and have those changes reflected. The cheap price and easy user experience makes it the best domain service for me.

Why is Porkbun.com one of the leading Domain Registrars? Firstly, the registration/purchase process is so straight forward, it can be completed by a child. Secondly, setting up and configuring your Domain Name is also straight forward and easy even if you are a Technophobe. Additionally, you receive one great function for FREE, which other Registrars will insist you pay for and this is email forwarding, enabling you to use your domain name with a professional email address to receive messages at (e.g. support @ yourdomain.com). Porkbun is awesome!

This was my first experience researching and buying a domain and I was a bit nervous. The relaxed atmosphere is truly appreciated. It's convenient to use Amazon's Route53, Cloudflare's at cost registrar, etc. if you are building on the same platform. However, you are at the mercy of that company *and* their operational capability. I get peace of mind knowing that my (delicate) DNS settings are managed completely separately from where I get my hosting.

I have tried other solutions and landed on Porkbun because Porkbun is simple. It does exactly what I need it to do while being transparent about pricing. It isn't trying to be every cloud service under the sun.

It was quick and easy to check availability of domain and I really like that they tell you straight away how much you're gonna pay for renewal. And the prices I got are actually competitive. Having not to worry about SSL certificate is also awesome. Domain propagation was quick. I have a very simple static site in there and any changes I made were visible straight away.
Will definitely stay longer!

Excellent quality in terms of price, interface for managing the domains and support. The interface gives you everything you need even for the most advanced use cases such as glue records and do it yourself DNSSEC. It also does not limit your custom name servers artificially. Geeks, use pork bun!

When google domains was retiring I was feeling a bit exasperated. I had been bouncing around to different registrars and wanted someplace that worked well and had fast support. Porkbun is what you want. It's not all stuffy and serious all the time but they do what they do well. Its a silly name but a great service. I would recommend porkbun to anyone looking to get a domain. I signed up for the service in August last year and after testing with one I've moved over all my domains to these guys.

They have great prices and everything functions perfectly. I migrated a couple domains I already had to them and have been using them for the last year, and purchased a couple more just now. Some of them I use with Porkbun's name servers, some with Cloudflare. It all works just fine. There's a certbot plugin too, so you can have a wildcard SSL certificate.

The DNS propagation was instant. The buying process also was really easy and enjoyable and the terms are clear. Unlike some competitors, Porkbun doesnt charge a lot of money on renewal, what was pretty honest. Also doesnt make money on domain security, instead, provide the 2FA for free.

I logged in to Pay for my current domain. Not only was a cheap ($10.00)
There also wasn’t a bunch of random charges added on like some other domain registrars That shall go unnamed. Thanks, Porkbun you guys rock!

I setup my credit card for auto renewal but it didn't work ("card was declined" error). Went and tried to pay manually with Paypal but was refused for some reason (I use Paypal often and usually have no problems). Entered my credit card manually and I was finally able to renew my domain.

I've really enjoyed my experience with you. I've used several registrars in the last 15 years for work in IT or various projects and Porkbun is awesome. Prices are usually about the same or better than other places, but the website is amazing. So simple and fast, never any issues finding anything. It's like it was made by someone that actually bought and managed domain names and not a huge company that only cares about what they can sell you next. I also enjoy the anonymity features because I really don't want my personal info floating around more than it already is. I haven't had as much of a need for domains the last couple years, but I've sent a lot of friends and companies to Porkbun because of their ease of use and features. Also '/play doom' is a nice touch.
