We had our knowledgeable, friendly and responsible tour manager, Nathan, with all well-trained and knowledgeable local guides in this trip.
Hoping to have an overnight stay in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic in future Peony Tour itinerary. It is a pretty place worth spending more time to indulge yourself.

The classic tour of Spain and Portugal with Peony Tours in June 2024 was excellent. Our guide Ms. Ann Tsao is very knowledgeable of ancient history, culture and custom of both Spain and Portugal. My friend and I enjoyed her explanation of each place we visited. Ann took good care of all the members in the tour; young and old. We highly recommend this tour to people who are interested in Spain and Portugal.

We have a very professional tour guide Juliet Lu, she is very kind and patient. We encountered many situations but she handled them all very well. All attractions are also very well arranged.

The itinerary design is very good. Local guides added more precise information about the scenery. Meals provided by the Hotels was good in general. The cleanliness of most the hotels in general was good or over standard, however, one or two toilet bowls in the bathroom of one or two hotels were not so good. Before pandemic, there were so many Chinese who speak Mandarin join the tour. This is very obvious the tour guide speak also Mandarin. However, in our team, half of the member can speak Cantonese. If the tour guide also speak Cantonese, it would be a plus to the tour. Sometimes, we came across with some tours guides during breakfast in the hotel who speak Cantonese too.
I knew that some of the tours, for example, “tours4fun” 途風旅行社 company let you to select English or Mandarin group. Of course, I will not join that tours, not because of the price that is cheaper for 途風， but because I am very satisfied with Peony tours so far even though the price is a little bit higher. When I sent videos and pictures to my brother, they asked me the name of your company, I strongly recommended Peony Tours to him.
This is my second times We joined Peony, so far your company doing a good job.
There also have rooms for improvements.
Next time, if I want to join tour, Peony is my Number one priority tours company to join.
I did have a wonderful tours in Europe.

Please use Chinese in the tours, which is the major reason I select your company. Otherwise, I can select Gate1 since I had attended many tours (5-6) from Gate1.
Please rotate the seat in the tour bus, which has been implemented in many other tours I attended.

We four people chose to take part in the Gems of Europe on June 6 to 16 and went through major cities such as London, Paris, Lucerne, Milan, Rome. The tour route was excellent, hotels especially Crowne Plaze at Milan, Holiday Inn in Rome were clean and comfortable, locally selected meals like squid source pasta were best and delicious. The reason why the trip so special and well received was because of our tour guide Jeffrey. Our tour group was very diversed, some Chinese speaking, some English speaking only, some speaking Cantonese. Jeffrey could use his Chinese, Cantonese, and English to his best. Everyone was happy and learned a lot from his humorous and informative stories . Jeffrey is a great tour guide. He is very considerate , patient, detailed-oriented, and treats everyone equally, no matter old or yang, male or female. We highly recommend him and expect to join Peony Tours again with him or with a tour guide like him.

One of the local guide disappeared in the middle of the garden tour, another tour guide talked about American politics and obviously does not like Trump. I am not a Trump supporter, but he did make some people uncomfortable, they should always leave politics and religion alone especially with a big group like 40 people. but
I am glad we had Caro as our group leader, she jumped right in when the local guide disappeared. In fact she is more knowledgeable than most of the guide. I greatly appreciate her professionalism and I would like to join her tours in the future. She simply is a magician.

The land and cruise tour to Greece is well organized. Tour guide Juliette Lu is the jewel of this trip. Her broad knowledge and experience showed off during the entire time. Stories in Greek mythology came out from her mouth around the archaeological sites seemed like real event. Wish to meet her again in future tours.

Jacky is very professional tour guide. He is attentive and offers his best service. Due to my left shoulder issue, he was willing to do extra to help me easing my worry and pain during the trip.
Over all, he was trying to address every issue and provided convenience when he could.

Trip plan is good. Easy to communicate, especially with the representative. Like Bo Bo Fung (San Francisco) is very helpful to us. Customer service, make us feel like to come back to join every year. We intend to join the peony tour down the road.

This is our fourth trip to Europe with Peony Travel. The food and accommodation are the best. The tour guide Julie is experienced and the service is thoughtful. I only have one small suggestion, I hope to set up a WeChat or Line for each group, the daily schedule can be notified in it, so that it is very clear and detailed. Group members can also share photos to make each trip more joyful and friendly.

What I like most about these tours is they allow you to experience the hot spots of each country, in this case Greece. No waiting in lines. Awesome restaurants. Nicely appointed hotels. Good transportation. No thinking needed. Just show up and enjoy.

The group was too big- 40+ people. As the results, each stop was short and rush, often took 20 minutes waiting for the restroom. Guid services and arrangements were poor compared to other Peony’s tours, speaking as a customer of Peony since 90’s.

I never expected that I would have such wonderful time during our 12-day, 7-country Eastern Europe tour. I found out shortly before the trip that I needed a hip replacement surgery and was prepared to sit at coffee shops people watching during the trip as a result. Thanks to our resourceful tour guide Ms. Juliette Lu, who assessed my conditions and local challenges, and made alternative plans for me. For example, she arranged for taxis in Prague and Budapest so I didn’t have to walk too mich. When we visited Plitvice Lakes (十六湖國家公園), she arranged for a different park entrance for me so I could see the beautiful falls without walking too far, as 3 hours of hiking would have been too challenging for my condition. Her experiences, knowledge and care made my trip unforgettable. Thanks, Juliette!

The trip's hotel selection was great. The local tour guide is very knowledgeable about Peru's history and culture. Our tour guide Sam is also wonderful! Highly recommend the trip.

She has an in-depth knowledge on each our 7 visited countries and shared with us.
