Our designated tour leader - James Wang did a great job in Turkey tours, he controlled timing and arranged extra tours really well. Same as local guide who helped us from day one. He is very knowledge and hard working who provided us lots of things that we did not know before. Some guests might want to take photos and shopping, but if you join the cultured tours, we should enjoy the culture and information that provided by Peony tours and local tour guy. Will come back and join another tour in the very near future. Thank you.

The itinerary design is very good. Local guides added more precise information about the scenery. Meals provided by the Hotels was good in general. The cleanliness of most the hotels in general was good or over standard, however, one or two toilet bowls in the bathroom of one or two hotels were not so good. Before pandemic, there were so many Chinese who speak Mandarin join the tour. This is very obvious the tour guide speak also Mandarin. However, in our team, half of the member can speak Cantonese. If the tour guide also speak Cantonese, it would be a plus to the tour. Sometimes, we came across with some tours guides during breakfast in the hotel who speak Cantonese too.
I knew that some of the tours, for example, “tours4fun” 途風旅行社 company let you to select English or Mandarin group. Of course, I will not join that tours, not because of the price that is cheaper for 途風， but because I am very satisfied with Peony tours so far even though the price is a little bit higher. When I sent videos and pictures to my brother, they asked me the name of your company, I strongly recommended Peony Tours to him.
This is my second times We joined Peony, so far your company doing a good job.
There also have rooms for improvements.
Next time, if I want to join tour, Peony is my Number one priority tours company to join.
I did have a wonderful tours in Europe.

We had our knowledgeable, friendly and responsible tour manager, Nathan, with all well-trained and knowledgeable local guides in this trip.
Hoping to have an overnight stay in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic in future Peony Tour itinerary. It is a pretty place worth spending more time to indulge yourself.

The tour leader's performance directly contributes to the tour experience. We had a great tour leader, Nathan Xue, who truly cared about each member on the tour. The other factors include the quality of the accommodation. I am glad that Peony always uses hotels with 4 stars and above. The tour bus is also of good quality. The price is also an important factor. I consider the performance/cost ratio is high for Peoney tours.

We had a very enjoyable Easter European trip with Peony Tours. Although It was a very busy trip with a lot of scheduled programs and sightseeings and especial most of our group members were seniors. We enjoyed the trip very much although it was not our first visit to these cities. Ritz Tours made very good arrangements and everything went smoothly. Our guide and driver were very professional and took good care of us, especially Jeffrey, our Tour Guide was very thoughtful and made our trip very enjoyable. The whole trip was a little rushed but it was designed to give us an introduction to the "gems" of Europe and encourages us to revisit the cities in future. We think we will join Peony/Ritz Tours again in view of their competitive price and good service.

My family enjoyed the Spain/Portugal tour in April 2024. We saw many beautiful castles, palaces, and cathedrals and were lucky to get tickets for Alhambra Palace. The optional excursions were good - between the two flamenco shows (traditional spanish flamenco dance and dinner AND/OR gypsy cave show), I would recommend the gypsy cave show.
Our tour guide, Wei Chen, was great. He always made sure we had everything we needed (enough food and wine, etc) at hotels and restaurants.
I would recommend this tour for those who want to see Spain and Portugal in a relaxed environment where everything is taken care of for you.

Ocean ,the director of our PSP team, is highly trained in professional knowledge ,experienced ,enthusiastic and considerate in hospitality. to give an example : when we arrived at the Madrid hotel , because the turnstiles suddenly stopped , the glass I faced broke under the ring glass, and the glass above hurts my nose.The individual staff on duty in the hotel raised the question of responsibility for the accident. Ocean is quick in thinking and experienced, and makes a correct judgment and response immediately, which can be easily solved. Greatly enhanced the customer's sense of trust and sense of security , he is the soul of our team and patron saint, it is not excessive . we are very happy to continue follow peony tour and embark on journey around the world . We like the round the island tour in Taiwan. However, we suggest to evenly spread the daily activities and local visits. Because there were days we had 4-5 local visits but only 2 local visits in a particular day making such day with too much leisure time.
In addition, I would also suggest more coverage on the second day (only half day tour) please add 陽明山，士林官邸， 貓空和淡水。
Add additional day to cover 野柳，九份 或阿里山

This is the Greece trip, 03/29 - 04/09/24. The tour leader Ann was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, organized, hardworking and supportive to the group members. The sightseeing spots were well represented, the accommodations (hotel and meals) were well chosen, and the travel routes were well planned. We started using Peony Tours since 2001. Tour guide James Wang is great.
Tour bus/hotel/food arrangement is good.
4 train rides are good, but I feel it can reduce to 2 train rides and have more time for local spot visits. Most of people fell asleep during train ride.
At St. Moritz we only spent 3 hours to have a walking tour.
