I had not heard of this company before but they were offering significantly better prices for my used MacBook Pro than Apple or other sites. So I researched the company and found very positive reviews, especially on Reddit. The website was very easy to use. I sent the laptop to them via the free FedEx label on a Monday, they received it on Tuesday and I was paid the full amount that was promised on Wednesday. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

I’m completely blown away by how painless this whole process was!! The quote that was provided was exactly what I received. The money was in my account within 24 hours once they received the computer. Level of service A+++++ all the way! Highly recommended! If you have any doubts toss them out the window. These guys made it too easy! They sent me a postage-paid mailing label, and provided me with steady communications throughout the process. It would have gone much smoother if I had signed out of iCloud and removed my device before sending it. Fortunately, they were patient with me and finally got my laptop processed. Prompt payment!

It was a smooth experience. Sent in my laptop and it was received on Friday. Immediately they sent me an email confirming that they had received my device and would have it processed by next Monday. Indeed, they finished processing and sent me the payment on the following Monday as promised. Highly recommended!

They provided an insured prepaid shipping label, and they processed my device faster than they estimated. Straight forward & easy process. Was given full amount quoted & transfer to Venmo was seamless. I received an email as soon as my device arrived & as well as when I was paid. I was also able to track the delivery straight to their door. Wasn’t even thinking of try to resell my Mac, was planning to just recycle it so I’m glad it will get put to use & I was able to get a little money for it too!

They worked with me, giving me an extra day to ship my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro, as I was waiting for delivery of my new MacBook Pro. Payment was prompt (Zelle) and for the full amount quoted. Not to mention, they offered more than any other website online. Solid company.

Excellent experience. I was very skeptical, but after reading their reviews, including the ones on the Apple Forums, I decided to go for it. I’m glad I did, the process was smooth and got paid within 24 hours of them receiving my product. Their quote was the highest among other sites I tried. I must say I was skeptical but NOW I’m a believer lol. Great service and communication. I had no problems getting my laptop to them and once it was received they let me know immediately. I got turned away from several pawn shops for my 2018 mackbook because it was too old but Goroostr quoted me a great price and delivered. I highly recommend!

Selling my MacBook Pro to GoRoostr was as easy as it could be! They paid their original offer the day after they received my laptop.
Shipping was easy with the prepaid address label. I just had to bring it to the closest FedEx store.
