Two years ago I had spilled soda on my Macbook pro. It would no longer work, even after taking it to Apple to try and fix. I had it sitting in my closet, collecting dust for two years. I finally decided it should be worth something. GoRoostr was easy to use, gave clear instructions. I filled it out, not sure if all the information was accurate. Mailed my computer. Within a few days, I got an email notification that they were checking my computer. Then they let me know that everything was correct and they were mailing me a check. A few days later I got paid the full amount that I was quoted. This was a quick and easy process and I am VERY happy to have received some money for a big mistake I made two years ago.

I bought a new MacBook Pro and had no use left for my old one so I did research on the different online apple product buying companies and after receiving quotes from three different ones, I chose GoRoostr.com. I am so happy I did considering they have me a hundred dollars more than gazelle.com would have and literally the day they recieved my computer, they sent the money to my paypal account. Also, because the products value increased 8 dollars from the time they gave me the quote to the time they received the MacBook, they added that to my payment! Really this is the best. After comparing with other online services, GoRoostr had an offer on my macbook pro that exceeded the competition. Plus, once I agreed to a price, the overall process of creating a shipping label and sending my computer in was easy to do, fast, and a check had been sent back much faster than anticipated. All the while, excellent email communication from GoRoosr about where I was in the process, and when to expect my payment kept me confident in my choice to send them my computer, and built trust. I was quoted $120; I got $110. It was fast and easy; only hassle really was finding a box and some bubble wrap to send the iPhone. Other sites were quoting a lot less than GoRoostr.
