Inherited some WP sites in an admin role, and we were accustomed to doing the database changes manually to clone to test environments. The ability to send/receive backup/restore reliably has been a real time saver. Sending to remote storage is also an impressive feature. Mostly use just to get a periodic backup.

Probably used now for 8-10 months, and very satisfied with the one-time purchase. Not using vault subscription, but this is a company I'll specifically look for if I need anything on the WP side.

Have been using Updraft for years.

This week I was working on a new hosting control panel, which recommended to use an alternative plugin for 'migrating' my website.

I battled with it for 45 minutes, and finally gave up.

Then installed my copy of Updraft and did a backup in 3 minutes.

Installed Updraft in the new location (30 seconds) and uploaded my backup files (1 minute).

The website was migrated in about 5 minutes total.

Updraft is a well made plugin that just works.

Been using UpdraftPlus for 5+ Years, always gets the job done, backup and restore, site migrate/carbon copy, you name it. Recently had an issue restoring a backup for my site from a remote(G drive) successful backup, reached out to the support team and Vanessa helped me over the period of days to get back my site up and running to its previous stable state. This is a great app and plugin.

We have been using UpdraftPlus since 2016, to backup, migrate, and restore our client sites. While no plugin is perfect, it's a lot better than other backup solutions. UpdraftPlus has been an invaluable tool for backup recovery when things go wrong... and you never know when those times are needed! Also, we have found the support to be responsive within 1-2 days and always solve any issues we do have.

We've used Updraft for as long as I can remember as our go to choice for manual backups before updating, incremental updates throughout the day and spinning up clones of staging sites quickly. Great tool with a fantastic support team.

I've never had to look at another website backup plugin after having come across Updraft. It has everything you'd need: easy backups to different types of backup options like GDrive, FTP servers, Dropbox, local, etc.

What's more important is the excellence with which it restores the website. This is usually a challenging part for website backup plugins but Updraft does it seamlessly.

I am using updraftplus now since almost 4 years (July 2020)I am very satisfied. It's easy to set up and handle, makes reliable backups on schedule and whenever something is updated. Whenever something goes wrong for example a plug-in update it's easy to restore the version before. For me as a web designer it's very useful to make clones for testing purposes and to migrate my developing environment to life sites. Thank you for developing and maintaining such a great tool.

I've been using UpdraftPlus since 2014 on 60 sites and it's an incredible value for the price. Set up and forget it's running, until the day you need it and presto, your site is back.

Quite simply, Updraftplus saved my butt. I had been using it for years without much thought. I have a very basic website, but it's critical to my business. Unexpectedly, my website went down... at the worst of times. My host was telling me there was nothing they could do as all the files were lost. I remembered that I have UDP supposedly backing things up. I was skeptical since I really never tinkered with it... I had no idea of it was actually doing what it purports to do. Rather than messing it with myself, I paid a very reasonable price to UDP to log into my website and restore it. I was up and running within an hour. Truly a breath of fresh air and such a relief!

For over 7 years I've been confidently going about my daily life, free of the tragic dread that accompanies the noobs' (and the occasional goofy veteran's) blank screen of death, fraudulent attacks, and the occasional self-inflicted user-error crash. I never stopped to say thanks for this freeing reality!

Thanx! UpdraftPlus. It consistently works and has been called upon many times to save my bacon! The fact that I could overlook the thanks is probably the highest praise I could give. However, I know it feels good to hear it occasionally.

So, there! Let's not get mushy about this or make it a habit. Keep up the awesome performance and stellar delivery of services. BTW, for the noobs, I strongly recommend backing up to two or more cloud locations! UpdraftPlus does this flawlessly.

I've been relying on Updraft Plus for several years, running it on multiple client sites. It just works. It saves me tons of time, I don't need to monitor my backups, and I can save them to pCloud.
I also use it regularly for migrating sites, it's a no-hassle solution that works every time.
Support is excellent, I typically get a response within hours.

This product is incredibly dangerous. Got backups saved on Google Drive, then a stupid developer decided to delete them from Wordpress and guess what??

They also get deleted from Google Drive, which is seriously dumb, only then you realize they have paid option to get deletion option locked.

I would have preferred to pay from the beginning, just incredible and unbelievable.

I use Updraft with many wordpress installations since five years. It's a good set of tools.
But it's true that sometimes Updraft is a bit complex and seems illogical when it comes to managing license, account, billing and everything else.

My host's support destroyed our website during the last technical update. Luckily I had Updraft backups of our site. Since the whole mess was so mixed up I needed the Updraft's Premium support to reinstall the site. It took a few weeks because of waiting times, but my site is up and running again without any problems now. Thank you, Updraft Premium.

By far, the best plugin I have used. This is typically the first plugin I even install on a new site.
I have done multiple recoveries, migrations etc countless number of times with updraft.
For backups, I used to create incremental images of my disk on azure. But I don't do that anymore because its much cheaper to just backup the complete environment through this plugin ( I have automated all backups to be sent to Azure blob)
A couple of times when I did get stuck somewhere, reached out to support who have always been prompt

We started using UpDraft after consistency issues with a previous backup service/plugin. Transitioning sites upwards from PHP7.4 made this even more complex. Updraft has been extremely reliable and simple to set up. On the rare times that support has been required it has been very prompt and questions are always resolved. 100% from me.

Restoring back-ups do not work. This morning, I was hopeful to recover the previous version of my Wordpress site and the restore failed midway giving me code instructions I do not understand. It does not meet its purpose which is to provide a hassle-free restore solution. The WORST thing is you will never know this until you actually have to restore a version since the back-ups will be done "supposedly" correctly.

We've relied on UpdraftPlus for years, but until today have never had to contact them for any issues. Today we did (for an issue we created, not a fault), and within minutes had the result we needed. No fuss, no hassle, just a fast and courteous message to let us know they'd dealt with it and we were good to go again. Excellent service!

We've used updraft gold since when we first started our agency about 4 years ago and we are so happy that we did. We've had nothing but good experiences and it's saved us more than once.

I don't often need to use their support, but when I do then it's been great. Most recently Vanessa helped us a ton with a bit of a complex issue that we had and she went above and beyond for us!
