I am super impressed with the customer…

I am super impressed with the customer support - technical support from pressable. They made it super easy to migrate my site and work out all the early glitches that were expected when changing ip addresses, etc.

Why Pressable is the best: From a professional WordPress Developer

Pressable is the best hosting service around. I'm a professional website developer and my main client switched to Pressable when one of our sites was having server issues on another hosting platform. I've been using Pressable for a few big clients for years now and I have plenty of other accounts to compare it to.
Without a doubt, the best thing about Pressable is the service. Their chat function is fast - you get connected to a capable, willing, helpful person everytime. They are great at explaining how to correct issues while working TOGETHER to solve the problem.
Lots of hosting services send you a FAQ link that but Pressable walks through the issue with you so 1) it's corrected quickly and 2) you learn along the way.
I recommend Pressable to every new client and can not say enough good things about them.
I say they are the Ritz Carlton of hosting providers.

CONSISTENTLY good customer support

The support staff is a serious example of how ALL tech firms should operate - they're fast, kind, empathetic, and most of all, are empowered to actually help you instead of point you to their knowledge base, then disconnecting. We've been with Pressable for years, and this is exactly why - the support team.

The BEST customer service.

Jess and the rest of the team at Pressable have been amazing. I was working with another hosting platform (that cost a bit less) and the customer service was awful. The customer service aspect of Pressable is well worth the small premium over other hosting platforms.

The best customer service of any hosting platform ever.

As an SEO and digital marketer, I use different web hosting platforms for different clients for different reasons. I have to in order to keep up with who has the most user-friendly or fastest platform or who has the best customer service. I’ve only been impressed with Pressable. I’ve never had a better hosting experience anywhere.

Pressable changes the game

I've had a lot of hosting companies. I love Pressable. If you've ever stared down a C-Panel, then looked at Pressable, you'll know what I mean.

Because Pressable is an offshoot of WordPress, it means that everyone is in love with WordPress. I haven't met a support rep that hasn't been. I've contacted support numerous times and

1. They're always there, instantly.
2. It's always a real person waiting to help who cares about my problem.
3. Even though I have smaller sites, I have never felt "small."
4. There have been times where Pressable customer support has fixed problems I don't think they owned... they went that far above and beyond for me.

These are the types of companies that aren't simply things I need, but they're points of joy in my day. No exaggeration.

Best hosting company I have ever been with. Their customer service is amazing and readily available. I have 10 websites on my account, I love that I get all the perks of jetpack pro account included, which is great!

Matt was amazing..Patient and beyond…

Matt was amazing..Patient and beyond super helpful...He connected my Godaddy domain to my staging website, which I struggled to do. He was nice enough to use my log in info and do it for me. Just awesome! He gave me a number of tutorial links also...Give this guy a promotion!!! He rocks!!!!

Game changing WP & Woo Hosting

We recently made the switch to Pressable for hosting a number of our client and our own WordPress and WooCommerce sites. Initially, I was on the fence about moving from our previous host, but my experience with Pressable has been surprisingly positive, pushing us to migrate all our sites to their platform.

What really stands out for me is the support team. Our previous host had set the bar high, yet Pressable's support team managed to exceed our expectations. Their smaller team size means you get to interact with familiar faces, which adds a personal touch. Each support agent we've dealt with knows their stuff inside out. Despite the team's size, they're quick on their feet, responding to inquiries in seconds.

Being under the Automattic umbrella brings its own perks, considering they're the brains behind WordPress and WooCommerce. It feels reassuring to be that much closer to the source.

The features Pressable offers are now essentials for us: database syncing, site copying, hack recovery, guaranteed uptime, and server failover. It's been a game-changer. Sure, there are a few minor features missing, but nothing we find ourselves missing on a daily basis.

Pressable has simplified hosting for us. Our confidence in our sites running smoothly and staying up without problems have been reaffirmed. Since switching, our uptime alerts have been silent, a stark contrast to the frequent alerts from our previous host.

A shoutout to Amanda from sales and Zach, head of support, is in order. Amanda made the decision-making process a breeze by listening to our needs, and Zach has provided the best and most friendly support I've encountered.

The only challenge now is moving about 80 sites to Pressable, but thankfully, their migration tools are user-friendly, that makes it feel a bit less daunting
