2 times glad with the service! First, I had a pro-2 account but canceled it because the Client had an issue that stops all sync-jobs if a the local drive wasnt reachable at start. I had to reactivate all jobs every time I restart the machine. Unusable. I gave this as a reason for canceling. weeks later this was fixed :) Second time, one of the jobs were stuck at "scanning folder". After contacting the support one day later the answer solved the problem. Nice! Service and price are leading!
