Very easy to use. And, great support.

Setting up my WordPress website was easy with Pressable. It's been a long time since I've used WordPress, and I was conscious of all the security issues that come with it. Pressable handles everything regarding this, which is why I went with them. And, the fact JetPack is included.

Excellent support from Matthew!

Matthew went above and beyond in his support for taking my staging site live. We had some complicated things to get set up and he really helped and stuck with me to the very end. He worked with me for 3 hours to make sure I understood everything I needed to do and he handled the tasks he could himself. He responded quickly to my questions and follow-up questions and comments. We covered a lot of topics and he was knowledgeable about all of it. It was a great support experience and he represented Pressable well!

Beware! Your billing could change at anytime!

I originally rated this company as 5 stars.

I had been with the company for a couple of years and the customer service was excellent.

It appears there may have been an in-house shuffle of employees and the customer service has got exceptionally worse.

Billing changed without warning with additional add-ons for storage!

I referred many clients to pressable! Their billing has changed as well with no warning. I have lost all trust in pressable!

Beware! You may get scammed as well.

Solid choice, with limitations

Reasonable UI. Good performance. No upcharge for multisite. Above-average tech support.

Downside: very outdated login/security options: no requiring SSO and no passkeys/security keys. Separate shell accounts for each site.

Pressable has a really strong technical…

Pressable has a really strong technical team!! Jess, Matthews, Roybn, Varsha, and Tarhe are just a bunch of dedicated, knowledgeable, prompt, helpful people. They are the real asset of Pressable.

They and the 24/7 access are the reason that I am staying with Pressable.

Pressable Support miles above and beyond

I was notified that my site's theme was set up on php 7.4 which is being discontinued. But upgrading to anything higher caused the site to crash. I tracked the problem to the core plugin, but after a few days of back and forth with the developer, still waiting for a fix. The Pressable tech support I was chatting with is named Tarhe, located in South Africa. Let me tell you, this man is GOOD! After telling him I was not getting help from the author of the theme, he actually dove into the plugin and discovered the problem! Fixed it in like 10 minutes.

The Best Hosting Support, Bar None

Matt and Nox both really went above and beyond anything that I'd ever seen from customer support reps, hosting or otherwise. Have yet to have a bad interaction and these guys will truly stay on the line w/you until your issues or questions are resolved – no attitude, no condescension, and no attempts to pass the buck. All very kind and intelligent individuals and the peace of mind their approachability provides is worth every penny.

I love Pressable

I love Pressable. I am always in a hurry and I am a good computer user, not a tech expert. When I have a problem I don’t have time to spend a day figuring out the technical stuff I need to know to try and fix it, I need it FIXED. Pressable’s tech support is fast, every person I’ve ever worked with was extremely pleasant, not just nice, and my problems are always solved with a minimum of effort on my part. They are incredibly dependable- I have come to rely on them and they are always there for me, and the fewer things you have to worry about when you’re a small business starting out the easier things are.

Matthew is the most impressive help…

Matthew is the most impressive help technician I have ever worked with. I had an issue importing thousands of HTML pages into my WP site and he worked tirelessly until he figured it out. I would have NEVER figured it out on my own. I am impressed and grateful. Amazing job

Best customer service ever!

Even though I'm an entrepreneur and business owner. I am also a consumer. Pressable has provided me the BEST customer service whenever I have needed it. It rivals top client-centered focused brands and I can not think of a better company. I am so thankful that I made the move to use pressable.

I worked with Tarhe from Customer Support recently and had the best possible experience. He helped me restore our website quickly to fix an error on our end. Quick to respond and very helpful! It's so nice knowing we have support as a resource for times like this.

Excellent onboarding. Linking my domain was easy, and support was on hand by email to very quickly adjust my MX records. Installation seems fast and very stable. Early days, but impressed so far.

Great managed hosting experience.

With Matthews invaluable help, I’m finally able to start designing my website. He was and is the consummate professional- knowledgable, patient and pleasant to work with. My knowledge of anything computer- related is basic to say the least and some of the technical support I have had before was a bit hasty and perhaps impatient which just made me more nervous to finish with my questions. Fantastic support

I just finished a call with support and spoke with Jess. She understood my questions, went ahead and made some adjustments to my records and sent me a file with all my domain details.
