Add revisions support for Content Gates (#2812)
Now Newspack will keep revisions for the Content gate configuration, so you can rollback to previous versions of your gate.

- #1385 Fixes a rare issue in which deleting a membership of a user would fail if the ESP was set to “other”
- #1380 Fixes the usage of conditional tags in Group blocks
- #1377 Ensures that a user will only be resubscribed to the premium newsletters they were subscribed to before when their membership is renewed
- #1388 Fixes links placed in newsletters, preserving their UTM parameters when our click tracking feature is enabled
- #1391 Adds a warning to the Newsletters editor if the Custom Fields metabox is enabled. We discovered that this breaks the editor.
Fix on Campaigns
#1258 Fixes a situation in which this plugin was affecting the global state of the site in archives that don’t have any post, like an author archive without posts
