Willis Rudd was an employee working as a manufacturer at the Vim! Pop factory before the Great War.
Background[]
Willis became convinced that Vim! Pop Incorporated and its employees were under a coordinated attack due to the acts of sabotage and assaults on Vim employees around the Island. He was told by Doyle Reed that they needed to downplay the incidents, and his push for additional hazard pay was denied by Madison Young (who was, in fact, part of the group working to sabotage Vim's operations). At some point, he attempted to organize a meeting of the manufacturing and distribution team in order to organize and figure out a way to defend themselves.[1]
