Williams was a former member of the Commonwealth Minutemen turned raider under the command of James Wire at Libertalia in 2282.
Background[]
After the loss of General Becker, he was part of the group that left with James Wire before the remaining militias began infighting and helped Wire clear out the hulls of Libertalia as they moved into the area. By November of 2282, he was a scout for supplies following rationing due to a dwindling food supply. He along with Anderson began finding large caches of food and supplies by the end of the month, which Wire didn't question at the time, since his group was thankful for the supplies.[1]
After a visit from the Bunker Hill guards, it came to light that Anderson and Williams had been hitting caravans and bringing the spoils back to Libertalia. After learning of this, Wire promised the Bunker Hill guards that there would be justice, and ordered Williams hanged alongside Anderson.[1]
