William Bassett is an actor who voiced Elder Owyn Lyons in Fallout 3 and its add-on Broken Steel. He was credited for the role of the settler forager in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update, though Darin De Paul also voiced the character.[Note 1]
