Vincent is a super mutant in the Los Angeles Vault who guards the mad scientists. He appears in Fallout.
Background[]
In addition to guarding the mad scientists, he transports the psykers from the other room over to the mad scientists for more testing and examinations. He is apparently bored of watching the scientists day after day.[1]
