"The Stars and Stripes Forever" is an American patriotic song that plays on Enclave Radio. The arrangement used in Fallout 3 was done by Rick Rhodes & Danny Pelfrey and was released in 1996 on the Sound Ideas CD Time Marches On. It was re-released in 2003 on the Westar Music CD Proud and Spirited (WSR 171).[1]

Sousa "wrote" this march on Christmas Day, 1896. However, he was on a ferry in Europe and could not write it down. He composed the march in his head and committed it to paper when he arrived in America.
