Merge into magazine[]

I think this is best suited as a subheading under the Wasteland Survival Guide page. The two pages will need to share most of the same information, why not just merge them and take put the tiny amount of non-duplicate info in a subheading? Does anyone disagree?

1.7 patch[]

Can anyone check to see if the 1.7 patch changed how consumables work with the Nuka-Cola variants now benefitting from either rank 1 or rank 3? Noticing from this and others while looking at the Pip-Boy display that the values are now different. Furthermore, from the Nuka Cola Quantum (Fallout 4) page, there's the note "* As of patch 1.7, Nuka Cola Quantum now heals for 600hp instead of the usual 400 HP.".
