Fountain[]

Acoustic guitar location[]

Could someone please clarify the location of the acoustic guitar in the notable loot section? It's very vague, and I was not able to find it after checking all buildings near the police station. I think it would help to add something like "the entrance to the building with the guitar is north/south/east/west of the main/rear entrance to the police station" (just as an example).
