Removal of illegal toxic barrel dumping fact[]

What about the potential "illegal" toxic barrel dumping that can take place as part of Pass the Buck? Does that not count because it's optional? Presumably there is precedent for the mayor to ask you to do it, and iirc you can find barrels around the lakebed which would've been put there by somebody.--L84tea ^{Would you like a cup of tea?} 05:21, November 8, 2020 (UTC)
