Encountered an interesting bug that should maybe be listed. During the first round if you sneak and become hidden (especially if you get killed and respawn, then immediately sneak before being detected), some of the ghouls will wander outside the locked area, preventing you from being able to attack them. Using a loud weapon will alert them, but at least one of them wouldn't come back into the fighting area. They seem to be able to pop through walls at random, teleporting (as a bug) to different spots in and out of the reachable area. I'm guessing it's a pathfinding/navmesh issue. Regardless, if they stay outside the reachable area, there's no way to progress the mission.
