Locations[]
The locations are abundand and seemingly random. They can however not spawn everywhere, but only in containers of certain locations. It doesn't make sense to list individual containers, but a list of locations may be useful (keyword for cell in the game data?). --Alfwyn (talk) 20:30, November 25, 2015 (UTC)
Bug[]
Glitch? I'm on a new runthrough and haven't run ANY BoS missions (I accidentally stumbled into The Lost Patrol but haven't done anything past the first mission marker, and I haven't rescued Danse from the police station yet), but I just picked up a technical document in Evans Way cul-de-sac.
