Unmarked Grave[]

To the East of the settlement there is a small, unmarked grave on a flat near the river. Considering Somerville Place always has two children and one adult resident, one can assume this grave is for the spouse of the adult settler there. Just considered you might put this in the notes.

A Summer Place[]

Anyone who has read "A Summer Place" - is there any reference here? Mctaff350 (talk) 16:01, December 7, 2015 (UTC)

Infobox[]

Why is the Infobox marked incomplete? What is it missing? I'd like to help out but I don't know what is needed. Pawprintjj (talk) 23:12, February 15, 2016 (UTC)

This settlement will be attacked early on by very strong enemies...[]

Can someone verify this? I am on my third playthrough. I think out of about seven attacks, only one has been super mutants. I usually get mongrels and gunners. GRPeng (talk) 19:57, June 15, 2016 (UTC)

Minutemen Quest not activating[]

I don't know if anyone's also experiencing this problem, but when I arrived at Somerville Place for the first time, I never got any of the Minutemen Quests for this location when I talked to the Settler there. This was after I got the Vault-Tech DLC installed, so maybe there might be some connection to that affecting the location's Minutemen quest? --Falloutghoul (talk) 19:00, August 29, 2016 (UTC)

ASlmost a year later and I stilll cannot unlock this settlement. POS game blocks you from getting the quest to unlock the final settlement. Last game it was Oberland. Only option is to kill the bastards.y

Bug[]

I got BOS's "Feeding the Troops" quest for this location. When I finish it, the it appears "The Brotherhood now controls this location" and the setller just says random things, not giving me the quest. I guess that should be in the Bugs section either in Somerville Place or Feeding the Troops page.

Infobox heading[]

Somerville Place is a settlement. The first note above the {{infobox location}} template reads, its a "Fallout 4 location". It should read: its a "Fallout 4 settlement". Qrsr (talk) 13:02, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

Valentine's dialog[]

Valentine talked to the man living here when he was brought to this location. He is implied to know him, and referred to "Gwen", presumably the man's dead wife. —Preceding unsigned comment added by NemirPyxl (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Thanks for the info, I've added it to the page. By reading the script notes in Nick's dialogue, I found out that the woman named Gwen was actually his daughter, not his wife. The Appalachian Mandalorian insignia 18:12, 28 June 2022 (UTC)
