My guess would that at some point they were considering making the simulation closer to today's action game standard of regenerating health but decided to go with the health dispensers instead.Dr. Lobotomy 04:38, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

The Real Question[]

Why did they consider including this with Anchorage? It looks nothing like the winterized everything in that DLC/during that campaign. OK yes, the grease monkey jumpsuits, but that's not for soldiers who could be stuck out in the field for who knows how long with no cozy tent to run into.
