The easy way[]

You can use the windows on the north side of the building(near the exit/transition grid) to initiate the fight by shooting one of the rogues then immediately run and take cover behind the nearby combat armored Hub Police officers. Then all it takes is one thug taking a low hit-chance shot from the front door and hitting one of the cops and you'll have all the back up you need with all the well-equipped cops in Old Town opening up on the thugs.Dr. Lobotomy 21:20, January 27, 2011 (UTC)
