24 psycho[]
I brought Milo 24 psycho, and his response was that he was joking. He didn't take my psycho or drug up the troops. Is this a bug, or has no one ever bothered to actually track down the psycho required? Either way, I think the page should have some more information about this. So yeah...I actually killed him for talking crap at the end, even though i'm in good standing with the NCR..can I still do the quest? It didn't say I failed it.
