What is the problem with the note? It does not contradict the information stated above. If the players stat is at ten it goes to 11. 11 is higher than 10. If there is something I'm missing here, please tell me. -DisgustingWastelander (talk) 03:00, July 28, 2017 (UTC)

If you actually took the time to read my edit summary I said I misread that part, however this note is already stated on the page (2nd sentence) and does not exist on the other Special Bobbleheads' pages. 69.2.14.211 03:03, July 28, 2017 (UTC)

• Just because it is not listed on other pages doesn't mean it can't be listed here. I get that it doesn't match the other articles... So maybe you're right, maybe it is enough to have that piece of information on the main article. Come to think of it, that is the only place where that information really has enough relevance.
