I think CANPoo has a good point. This page doesn't link to the pages about the North or East gate and there is no indication as to where Freeside actually is on the map. Someone should link this page to the 2 gates and make map marker pics for each gate. Wck604 03:13, November 10, 2010 (UTC)
I just bought the Toy gun (Helios One device) from the boy again, after getting Victoria as a companion, and having started her quest "I can make You Care". Also I am locked out of the Vegas Strip trying to complete the "change in managment" quest side bets. I will upload a video of me having two of the guns, and being locked out of the strip, if it's still locked when I try to play again.GodsHand 16:03, November 15, 2010 (UTC)

Reputation - Ralph's Other Services[]
Is there any way to get good reputation in Freeside after all the related quests are done? I am only Liked right now, and want to be idolized. Also, what else does Ralph do or sell after the King says so?--86.44.140.20 18:36, December 11, 2010 (UTC)
You can pay the bartender on the left at the atomic wrangler to raise your reputation in freeside (in 200, 500, and 1,000 cap installments). Ralph sells passports to the strip. -Himoto

I'm sorry i don't have better information than this. I was pretty drunk, so i don't remember who i was talking to in outer freeside. We were talking back and forth. His answers were short, as were my answers. i never detected any hostility in the "conversation" (i mean, it wasn't the most pleasant convo, but it was innocuous). i was clicking through the conversation pretty quickly...as i said, the sentences were short, i was trying to run out the convo to see where it lead. Next thing i know, dude says "you don't know who you're fucking with!!!", wallops me in the head, and the game ENTIRELY RESETS (meaning it went to the main load screen)!!! I didn't enable the Wild Wild West option at the game's beginning. What the hell happened? If anybody knows what, who that was, please LMK

Radiation King[]
There is a radiation king building near the strip gate. It has a Sierra Madre style radio called "Art Deco". Possibly DLC Related? It is covered by "Suspicious Planks"
Giant Rat[]

Hostile van graffs[]
During the quest 'talent pool' the silver rush crier and door guard became hostile to me for no apparent reason. Any ideas?
Solved, completing Heartache by the Number by finding evidence against the van graffs caused it.
Freeside in other works[]
For what it's worth William Gibson's novels around The Sprawl reference a Freeside similar to the one in the game. See in particular Mona Lisa Overdrive. This quote is wrong. Both the text and sound sample have arranged the four sections in the wrong order. The correct versions of both can be seen and heard on Rotface's own article, and you can check them in-game too.
