Hello all.

So I noticed this page said

The First Aid skill restores 4-10 Hit Points with successful use (more with the Healer perk).

as well as

This skill modifies the chance to restore Hit Points to a character.[which I assume to mean during the usage of the skill]

Do we have a formula that determines the odds of the first aid skill being successful and restoring hit points based on the number of points invested in First Aid?
