Armor Fatigues (Dirty)[]
Unless I've missed something and there's multiple versions or a toggle, no one in my group was able to equip this item under the armor segments as stated. We unlocked it as part of the boot camp quest, and its application was similar to the definition of outfits as used by this page. The Dyre Wolf (talk) 04:24, November 10, 2018 (UTC)
- Did you mean Army Fatigues? Or there's actually Armor Fatigues clothing? I remember that in quest "Back to Basics" player is provided with Army Fatigues from Uniform Dispenser --0xe1 (talk) 10:05, November 10, 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, the Army Fatigues received during "Back to Basics." As the table reads right now, the Army Fatigues should act as a base layer and a replacer for the Vault Suit, similar to road leathers. That means the individual armor segments (chest/arms/legs) should all be visible above. However, for the three of us in my group that completed the quest, no one was able to equip the Army Fatigues under their armor. Instead, the Army Fatigues were the only thing visible. Unless there's a away to toggle functionality, Army Fatigues should be listed under outfits instead of under clothing. The Dyre Wolf (talk) 08:19, November 12, 2018 (UTC)
- I reviewed my own footage and Dirty Military Fatigues are clearly over any armor while armor is still equipped underneath. 0xe1 (talk) 19:22, November 12, 2018 (UTC)
- Exactly. I would move them from clothing to outfits, but my editing skills leave a little to be desired. Include both male and female depictions of the outfits for those who play as male or female and may want to see the outfits on the sex of their player character.
Rare and Unique Armors[]
Is there a reason the T-65 and Secret Service underarmor are included on this page while Secret Service armor isn't? I swear that the Secret Service armor was on here before... I'm also wondering if there should be a note at the beginning of the armor section, in the relevant armor type's description or in both regarding special armors/PA like Solar, Thorn and Strangler Heart. The PA section has a table for unique variants but it's blank. They're mentioned in the more specific pages but there should probably be some mention of unique armor sets existing (with names and relevant links) on the main Armor and Clothing page.(Fytayn (talk) 14:58, October 12, 2020 (UTC))
Splitting into subcategories[]
With splitting into sub categories etc. Would it be possible to define the scope of what is missing currently? It would make sense given the already unwieldy size of the page make it much more useable. We also basically have the underarmor groupings done so it would be the easiest to work out as an example. Underarmor type[]
