USS Constitution[]

If you side with Captain Ironside you're given the Captain's Quarters.

I'm not sure this really counts as player housing, since, according to the Wikia entry, all stores items are marked owned and have to be stolen.

Necessity?[]

Is this page necessary? What are the requirements for 'player housing'? If I were to find a random bed in the middle of nowhere with a container, is that then player housing? Also, should this page include settlements, since those are technically player housing as well? This page needs a clear definition, because it's currently quite the stub. - FDekker talk 23:15, December 20, 2015 (UTC)

Railroad HQ[]

Are all forms of storage in The Railroad HQ safe? --Yours Truly, Austin LaCour (talk) 10:25, August 3, 2016 (UTC)

Rook family house[]

Rook family house basement seems never reset and can be used as player's home after the quest with Barney Rook. Barney Rook disappears after the quest anyway.

Bobbi's place[]

The house of Bobbi No-Nose also seems like never reset and can be used as a place to sleep in after her quest. There are two beds. If you are a cheapskate who don't feel like renting a bed in Hotel Rexford, this is the only place to sleep in Goodneighbor. (Edit: I forgot, you can actually use Kent Connolly's bed in Memory Den too.)
