Explosive legendary mod?[]

Does this perk apply to the Explosive legendary mod? If you are referring to the Explosive legendary effect, then the answer is yes, the perk applies to it. I'm gonna add it to the page now. Thanks for bringing it up. –Findabair^{The benefit of the doubt is often doubtful.} 09:57, 13 September 2021 (UTC)
