Respawn[]

Okay, so the article says the items respawn after a while, but gives no rate. Does this place actually respawn, because I don't think it does. Over several playthroughs, I've come back after multiple days and nothing's been respawned. So, is it a really long time, or is there any way to test other than waiting? The CK doesn't list it as a "Never reset" cell, so I think it should reset. Check this page to see when exactly cells reset.
