Is the statement ��despite the large distance from REPCONN” necessary? For one thing, its not really that far away. Bright followers can be found scattered widely around the entire wasteland. Also the weapon listed, Plasma Defender, may be random. I know prior to the patch they never had weapons on them, not sure if what they spawn now is random or not.
