Cybernetic Implants[]

"At some point, Kellogg was cybernetically enhanced, presumably by the Institute, which halted his aging and extended his lifespan" Speculation, Kellogg was from the NCR so his implants could just as easily have come from the followers of the apocalypse who we know HAVE such technology.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.159.113.19 (talkcontribs). All it takes is a cursory exploration of the Institute to confirm that this is not speculation. I will not spoil it further than that. But without references available for the reference God, I can understand your reaction to this information, especially with the very ambiguous wording.
Now, what I do find hilarious, and is absolutely speculation, is that his prior wife and daughter are categorized as cyborgs on their respective articles. 寧靜 Fox 18:49, November 27, 2015 (UTC)
Well, does Kellogg have implants when he first meets the Institute representative? 220.253.201.152 14:17, December 8, 2016 (UTC)
There is no use in still speculating - as I said, there is proof within the Institute, as to where Kellogg got his implants. 寧靜 Fox 16:52, December 8, 2016 (UTC)

So his two implants have no use other than for selling or decorations? Seem like Bethesda wasted a good opportunity IMHO Volcannon (talk) 00:40, December 27, 2015 (UTC)

It was a wasted opportunity, for sure. At least we got to do something with one of his implants. :P 寧靜 Fox 16:52, December 8, 2016 (UTC)
