So I looked in both ice machines and there was no fusion core. One had a wooden spoon, the other some 10mm ammo. I loaded from outside and tried again. One ice machine had a military ammo bag in it, the other had nothing inside. Tried a third time. One ice machine had a table spoon, the other a tin can. I'm pretty sure whoever found a fusion core in one of the ice machines just got really lucky, because it seems to be randomly generated. I can remember being in one place (I forget where, think it was on a boat) and opening a ammo box to find 4 fusion cores inside, but if I reloaded and came back, they were gone. Yes, containers are usually random. The only exception seems to be item placed into them like quest items, keys, notes and so on. --Alfwyn (talk) 22:56, January 22, 2016 (UTC)
