This basically has the same effect as Vampire perk. I can only assume that the perk's name and image has been changed during the development, since it is somewhat pointless to have two same perks. ☢ Energy X ☣ 17:45, October 19, 2018 (UTC)
- It looks like they changed the name to Bloodsucker, since it shows up in between Vaccinated and Wasteland Whisperer on the Pick-A-Perk screen, which is alphabetical. The question is who was offended enough to nag Bethesda into making that change: evangelicals or goth kids? XD Noobyorkcity (talk) 06:12, 4 March 2024 (UTC)
